PLEDGE CHECKS SHOULD BE MADE PAYABLE TO THRESHOLDS This form and any additional copies must be turned in with your pledges by October 16, 1998. All riders are required to raise pledges ($1 per mile), all pledges are 100% tax deductible. Children 10 and under ride free. You must provide credit card information or a hold check to cover the minimum pledge requirement. Retain a copy of the completed pledge form(s) so you know from whom to collect pledge money. Don't forget to use the great ideas, tips enclosed in the Making Fundraising Easy Kit in your Rider Package.
